Drawing comics is my true calling, and I seize every opportunity to create—whether I'm on a train, at a bus stop, or cozied up at home with a steaming cup of coffee! With experience in graphic design, animation, TV production, and illustration, I've had the joy of showcasing my work in Iraq, primarily focusing on children's comics. After the challenges of the 2003 war, I embarked on a fresh journey in Switzerland, rebuilding my studio and brand. Since then, I've participated in numerous art exhibitions and had the honor of providing live sketching at prestigious events, including those by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.I'm a firm believer in lifelong learning, which is why I've taken part in fantastic comic and storytelling courses from CGMA and other esteemed art schools. My art is inspired by the intricate drawings of Batman and the unique Niro style, but I also love to experiment with a more relaxed and simplistic approach, reminiscent of Mr. Naoki Urasawa's work. Thank you for taking the time to dive into my world of comic creation—I'm excited to share this journey with you!

Hello there!

Hello there! I'm Bashar, and I'm thrilled to share a bit about myself with you! Born in 1980 and known as Bash Studio, I currently call a charming little town Aarburg near Olten, Switzerland, my home. Ever since I was a kid, I've been absolutely by the vibrant world of comics, especially the incredible stories from Marvel and DC. As I grew, my artistic horizons expanded to include the unique styles of Japan and Europe, fueling my passion even more!
